Job Summary
Screens, interviews and recommends prospective sales representative applicants, as well as corporate applicants for employment. Responsible for implementation and managing professional training programs regarding interviewing for sales management and corporate employees.
Essential Functions
Major responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Recruit, screen , interview and coordinate with District Managers, qualified applicants for medical sales representative positions.
- Recruit, screen and coordinate with Managers and Supervisors for corporate employment openings.
- Develop, Implement and Coordinate interviewing schedule timelines with DM and VP of Sales to meet the hiring goals of the Sales Department.
- Develop, Implement and Coordinate interviewing schedule timelines with Corporate Supervisors and Managers to meet the hiring goals of each department.
- Responsible for applicant database and recruiting information of all Pamlab employees/applicants.
- Explore, develop and manage alternate methods of recruiting, i.e.: Universities, Job Fairs, Recruiting Vendors, Newspaper Ads, Sales and Referral Program.
- Responsible for recruiting vendor relationships and information.
- Responsible for maintaining all retention statistics and applicant statistics.
- Develop, train and direct recruiting personnel to assume assigned recruiting duties.
- Develop, train and coordinate with the Director of Sales Training and Development - Interview Training for Sales Force Management, as needed.
- Develop, train, coordinate and maintain records of all corporate training programs.
Additional Responsibilities
- Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.
- Assist, when needed, as the third back-up for the receptionist position.
Qualifications
- College Business Degree or equivalent related experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Required Skill Sets

- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and the Internet,
